About Study Visits

TYPES

 

  • Unilateral

    In the context of these, one Group visits another Group.

  • Bilateral

    In the context of these, two Groups visit each other in turn.

  • Multilateral

    In the context of these, two Groups visit another Group.

BENEFITS

 

  • For small groups

    Study Visits involve at least five Participants per Group. The exact number of Participants will be determined in cooperation with the Hosting Group.

  • Interacting with other ELSA Groups

    Study Visits allow ELSA Groups to connect, interact, and spend time together. It additionally allows them to see the reality of studying and living in other countries within the ELSA Network.

  • Multiple topics to choose from

    Study Visits provide an Academic Programme of an average of three hours per day. The topic is determined in cooperation with the Hosting Group so you can choose the topics of your preference.

  • Getting to know different cities

    Study Visits offer the opportunity to visit different cities and discover them from ELSA Groups, which are locals to the region.

  • Exciting Social Activities

    Study Visits offer the opportunity to meet and hang out with students from other ELSA Groups and visit their favourite places.

  • Easy logistical preparation

    The logistical details (e.g. accommodation, meals) of a Study Visit can be arranged either by the Visiting or the Hosting Group. Even if the Visiting Group will plan most of them, the Hosting Group always provides recommendations/assistance.
